Science Week

Science Week

We have had another successful and exciting Science week at school! It has been a week full of experiments, investigations, exploring and laughter for everyone.

There has been a poetry theme this year and alongside the experiments, each class has been learning a new poem.

The children have spent the first part of the week visiting each teacher who has taught them a different element of science. They have been seeing who can make the biggest bubble, creating electrical circuits, designing levers and pulleys and much more!

All week the children have been creating projects as part of their homework. Each year group had a particular theme that matched with their Science unit they are studying in class.

On Thursday, we held a Science Fayre where all the projects were on display and children, teachers and parents could vote for their favourite in each year group.

Stay tuned as the winners from each year will be announced on Monday!
